Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
0.08 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
2 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
13 oz Monin Pumpkin Spice Syrup
3 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

POUR absinthe into chilled glass and rotate glass to coat the inside with absinthe. Shake out excess and place glass to one side. STIR other ingredients with ice and strain into absinthe-rinsed glass.
