Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Passoã passion fruit liqueur
25 ml Passion fruit purée
30 ml Bolivian grape brandy
7.5 ml Honey
7.5 ml Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
15 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 inch Vanilla pod
30 ml Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
5 cube Red apple
