35 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
20 ml | Eager Pineapple juice |
3 unit | Raspberries |
1 dash | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
4 leaf | Basil leaves |
20 ml | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
