Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass
| 15 ml | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
| 20 ml | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 15 ml | Le Fruit de Monin Passion Fruit |
| 50 ml | Bols Sour Apple Liqueur |
| 5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 25 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 10 ml | Bourbon whiskey |
