Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
15 ml Passoã passion fruit liqueur
20 ml Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
15 ml Le Fruit de Monin Passion Fruit
50 ml Bols Sour Apple Liqueur
5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
25 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
10 ml Bourbon whiskey
