| 30 ml | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
| 30 ml | Plantation 3 Stars rum |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 30 ml | Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.) |
| 30 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 60 ml | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
| 6 unit | Coriander/Cilantro leaves |
