Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
50 ml | Bepi Tosolini Luna Nera liquorice liqueur |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
10 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
0.2 ml | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
0.2 ml | Blood orange bitters |
