Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Bepi Tosolini Luna Nera liquorice liqueur
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
10 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
0.2 ml Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
0.2 ml Blood orange bitters
