1 fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of cucumber slices.

Method

MUDDLE cucumber and coriander/cilantro in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with cucumber slice.

Added 15ml Pamplemouse liquor

I used a blanco tequila and a dash/load of Crystal hot sauce. Flavor fantastics and flaws immediately flourished... Use a spicy salsa verde. Wish I had one on hand. It's been a while... Blanco will work well enough but, again, I wish I had the call spirit in house today... A good-great Margarita with much potencial.
