Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 30 ml | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
| 30 ml | Appleton Estate 8 Reserve rum |
| 60 ml | Green tea (cold) |
| 7.5 ml | Ferrand Orange Curaçao |
| 7.5 ml | Batavia Arrack van Oosten |
| 7.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
| 4 1⁄2 barspoon | Granulated (white) sugar |
| 1 slice | Lemon (fresh) |
