Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
30 ml Appleton Estate 8 Reserve rum
60 ml Green tea (cold)
7.5 ml Ferrand Orange Curaçao
7.5 ml Batavia Arrack van Oosten
7.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
4 12 barspoon Granulated (white) sugar
1 slice Lemon (fresh)
