Serve in a Toddy glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
Top up with Boiling water
30 ml Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Grand Marnier liqueur
0.3 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
