Ingredients:
12 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
34 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
2 12 oz Filter coffee (hot)
14 oz Monin Pumpkin Spice Syrup
34 oz Single cream/half-and-half steamed foaming
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-heat a TODDY GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

How to make:

  1. POUR the first 4 ingredients into pre-heated glass.
  2. Steam cream (or heat in a milk frother) and pour over the back of a spoon to FLOAT.

Garnish:

  1. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.

As the name suggests, pumpkin spice syrup is key to the flavour of this latte-like cocktail. If you don't have an espresso machine with a steam wand, then heat in a milk frother.
