Prepare
- Select and pre-heat a TODDY GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
Method
- POUR the first 4 ingredients into pre-heated glass.
- Steam cream (or heat in a milk frother) and pour over the back of a spoon to FLOAT.

- Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
