Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Citadelle Gin
50 ml Lemon curd
10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
40 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
30 ml Giffard Lavender Syrup
