Serve in a Double old-fashioned

Ingredients:
45 ml Salcombe Start Point gin
15 ml Luxardo Limoncello
20 ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
17.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
4 leaf Sage leaves
