Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
22.5 ml Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey
10 ml Bénédictine D.O.M.
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
0.2 ml Nocino Benvenuti liqueur
15 ml Giffard Orgeat Syrup
45 ml Laird's Bottled-in-Bond applejack
