12 fresh Mint leaves
2 shot St Germain Elderflower Liqueur BUY
2 shot Pinot Grigio white wine
1 shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

Cucumber slices
