Like Elisabeth, I muddled the mint with the cucumber. Where I strayed, however, is that I used a split of Cocchi Americano and Noilly Prat extra dry in place of the Grigio... I anticipated an overly herbaceous, sweet bomb, and I was partially right... My mix begged for either gin or sparkling wine to cut through the slosh... (24 Jul 2023, 2:05p)

Very very sweet (I think next time, I'll reduce the St. Germain to one shot, or avoid the rich syrup). I also muddled the mint with the cucumber to extract more of the flavor.
