Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
40 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
10 ml Plymouth Navy Strength gin
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
15 ml Giffard Noir de Bourgogne Cassis
