30 ml | Avallen Calvados |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
7.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
2 drop | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
30 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
30 ml | Treacle toffee infused vodka |
