Whiskey Sour (Marks Variation)

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
20 ml Sonoma No.1 Meyer Lemon Infused
15 ml 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
60 ml Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey
2 dash Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters
