30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
20 ml | Sonoma No.1 Meyer Lemon Infused |
15 ml | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
60 ml | Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey |
2 dash | Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters |
