Ingredients:
56 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
16 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
4 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Mini coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge on rim.

History:

The Snaquiri and concept of mini-Daiquiris dates back to at least 2010, when Karin Stanley coined the name at Summit Bar in Manhattan, New York City. This version by yours truly.

Much depends on the quality of the lime, as in any daiquiri. More so in this snack version.

Too small. :) More seriously, the regular Daiquiri is one of my favorite drinks, & (I.M.O.) the best way to evaluate a rum besides sniffing or tasting it straight out of the bottle.
