Serve in a Snifter/Brandy balloon glass

Ingredients:
15 ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
22.5 ml Santa Teresa 1796
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
7.5 ml St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur
