Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
20 ml Shochu/soju
15 ml Arette Classic Blanco
15 ml Lillet Blanc
10 ml Aperitivo Rosato Ramazzotti
10 ml Celery saccharum (celery syrup)
7.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 12 inch Rosemary sprig
3 whole Raspberries
90 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
