Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
60 ml Thomas Henry Tonic Water
25 ml Bergamot juice
12.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
