Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1 13 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) optional
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

A three-ingredient [saline doesn't count!] riff on a classic Metropole, so obviously a Tripole! Basically, a brandy Manhattan is best appreciated during a late-night Manhattan moment.
