Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Olmeca Tezon Reposado
10 ml Cointreau triple sec liqueur
20 ml Agave syrup
0.3 ml Bob's Grapefruit Bitters
0.9 ml Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
