40 ml | Olmeca Tezon Reposado |
10 ml | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
20 ml | Agave syrup |
0.3 ml | Bob's Grapefruit Bitters |
0.9 ml | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
