Dino Sour (Marks Variation)

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
30 ml Dark/black/blackstrap rum
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Sonoma No.1 Meyer Lemon Infused
15 ml 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
