| 15 ml | Smith & Cross Pot Still Jamaican rum |
| 15 ml | Bourbon whiskey |
| 15 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 0.3 ml | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 120 ml | Black tea (hot) |
| 60 ml | Steamed milk |
