| 45 ml | Evan Williams Bottled-In-Bond |
| 10 ml | Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur |
| 15 ml | Port Charlotte Scottish Barley |
| 15 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
