22.5 ml | Elijah Craig Small Batch |
7.5 ml | Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe |
0.3 ml | Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters |
15 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
22.5 ml | Egg white |
22.5 ml | Double cream / heavy cream |
