20 ml | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
50 ml | Irish whiskey |
25 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
15 ml | Claret wine (Bordeaux red) |
7.5 ml | Monin Winter Spice Syrup |
0.3 ml | Chocolate bitters |
