45 ml | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
15 ml | Laird's Straight Applejack 86 |
7.5 ml | Beetroot juice |
11.25 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
11.25 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 dash | Rhubarb bitters |
1 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
15 ml | Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Vegan egg white alternative |
