Serve in a Double old-fashioned

Ingredients:
60 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
30 ml Cruzan ‘Single Barrel’ Estate Rum
3 barspoon Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white)
30 ml Chilled water
90 ml Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
