Ingredients:
40 ml Gordon's Gin
20 ml La Fée Absinthe Blanche
1.25 ml Marie Brizard Anisette liqueur
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
