Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hendrick's Gin
22.5 ml Campari Bitter liqueur
22.5 ml Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Giffard Lavender Syrup
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
