Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Tanqueray No. Ten
15 ml Campari Bitter liqueur
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup
15 ml Double cream / heavy cream
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
4 dash The Bitter Truth Rose Water
1 Splash Thomas Henry Soda Water
