Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Gordon's Premium Pink Gin
30 ml Akashi-Tai Ginjo Yuzushu
15 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
90 ml Grapefruit soda
