Serve in a Coupe glass
| 35 ml | Havana Club Original Añejo 3 Años Cuban rum |
| 20 ml | Mount Gay Eclipse Rum |
| 20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 barspoon | Apricot jam (preserve) |
| 10 ml | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 5 ml | Monin Orgeat syrup |
| 15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 3 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
