Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
| 35 ml | Disaronno amaretto |
| 15 ml | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 25 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 20 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 0.1 ml | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 25 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
