Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
35 ml Disaronno amaretto
15 ml Heering Cherry Liqueur
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
0.1 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
25 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
