Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Patrón Reposado tequila
15 ml Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Pear purée
10 ml Agave syrup (agave nectar)
200 ml Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer
