Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Rhum J.M. Terroir Volcanique
12 oz Rhum Clément Créole Shrubb liqueur
13 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
14 oz Italian red bitter liqueur
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and piece of dark chocolate.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
  2. Garnish with dark chocolate.

This tastes nothing like a Negroni. Even better, it is elegant in a way that a Negroni could never be (we love a Negroni but not for its elegance). We made two, one to share sipping and the other to throw over our favourite vanilla ice cream topped with passionfruit.
