Serve in a Double old-fashioned
| 60 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 15 ml | Monin Rose Syrup |
| 15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 7.5 ml | Ginger juice |
| 0.3 ml | Black walnut bitters |
| 0.3 ml | Bob's Cardamom bitters |
| 3 dried | Fennel seeds |
| 1 barspoon | Dried rose petals |
