How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1/2 fl oz | Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Grenadine/pomegranate syrup (2:1) |
1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) |

Mañana, literally meaning 'tomorrow' in Spanish but more usually used to mean some indefinite time in the future. This recipe is adapted from David A. Embury's 1948 The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks.
