½ shot De Kuyper XO Apricot Brandy BUY
¼ shot Pomegranate / grenadine syrup (2:1)
¼ shot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ shot Chilled water(omit if wet ice)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Apricot slice

Comment:

Salmon pink in colour, the Mañana has a subtle and delicate rum laced apricot flavour.

Origin:

Mañana, literally meaning 'tomorrow' in Spanish but more usually used to mean some indefinite time in the future. This recipe is adapted from David A. Embury's 1948 "Fine Art of Mixing Drinks".
