Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Rittenhouse Straight Rye
30 ml Suze gentian liqueur
30 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
4 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
