Serve in a Coupe glass
| 30 ml | Rittenhouse Straight Rye |
| 30 ml | Suze gentian liqueur |
| 30 ml | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 4 drop | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
