50 ml | Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin |
25 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
20 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
10 ml | Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette Liqueur |
6 drop | Bob's Lavender Bitters |
