Glass:

Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
14 oz Fernet Branca liqueur
14 oz Monin Watermelon Syrup
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of watermelon wedge.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with watermelon wedge on rim.

Review:

A Dry Daiquiri with fernet and watermelon syrup. Sounds crazy but I bet this is a cocktail you'll finish.

If I make this again, I would reduce the Fernet by half and increase the watermelon by the same.
