Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
20 ml Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
1 fresh Egg white
Top up with Lemonade
