Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
20 ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco liqueur
20 ml Lillet Blanc
110 ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
5 ml Olive brine (from jarred olives)
0.1 ml Aniseed (anise) liqueur
