Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 60 ml | Hennessy PureWhite Cognac |
| 15 ml | Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord) |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 30 ml | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
| 30 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
