Very Sexy Martini

Glassware

Serve in a Martini (large 10oz) glass

Ingredients
150 ml Mint leaves
90 ml Raspberries
30 ml Ketel One Vodka
15 ml Pink gin
30 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
40 ml Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
