40 ml | Hayman's Sloe Gin |
10 ml | Galliano L'Autentico liqueur |
5 ml | Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette Liqueur |
15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
30 ml | Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder |
30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
5 ml | Ginger juice |
