Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
10 ml Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
5 ml Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette Liqueur
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
30 ml Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Ginger juice
