Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Avuá Amburana Cachaça
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
20 ml Merlot red wine
30 ml Ginger foam (espuma de gengibre)
