Ingredients:
1 12 oz Amaro Santoni
1 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
2 12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Briefly STIR.
  5. Garnish with orange slice wheel.

This riff on the Americano was suggested in March 2024 by Yorey C, a fellow Discerning Drinker on ourAmericano page. (I've reduced the rosso vermouth to add a balancing splash of dry vermouth.)
